Every year brings a new Heavenly Stem (天干) and Earthly Branch (地支) that interact with your chart in specific ways. How Annual Luck Works
Each year carries its own combination of a Heavenly Stem and an Earthly Branch. When the year's energies land on your chart, they interact with your Day Master (日主), your other elements, and the structures already present. Some years amplify what is already strong.
