1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SuperBazi website, accounts, Bazi chart generation, AI consultation features, payments, and related support, operated by ML Cloud Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using SuperBazi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Product Description

SuperBazi provides online Bazi chart generation and AI-assisted Bazi interpretation for questions about career, money, business, relationships, timing, and personal decision-making.

SuperBazi is an informational and reflective tool. It is not legal, financial, medical, mental-health, tax, investment, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for an in-person professional consultation where one is needed.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use SuperBazi only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Chart Inputs and Conversation Content

You are responsible for the birth details, questions, messages, and other content you submit. Bazi interpretations depend on the accuracy of the information provided, and incomplete or incorrect inputs may produce inaccurate or less useful results.

You should avoid submitting information that you do not have the right to share, including another person's private birth details or sensitive personal circumstances without their permission.

5. AI Consultation Limitations

SuperBazi uses AI systems to generate responses. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or inappropriate for your exact situation. You are responsible for evaluating responses before relying on them.

Do not use SuperBazi for emergencies, crisis situations, medical decisions, legal disputes, regulated financial decisions, or any decision where professional advice is required.

6. Purchases, Sessions, and Refunds

Current pricing and session details are shown on the website or at checkout. A paid consultation may include a defined access window, follow-up period, or other usage limits shown before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, a paid consultation window starts when you submit your first consultation message after payment and then runs continuously for the stated access period. If a resume-later option is available, it provides renewed time-limited access to continue asking questions from the same chart context.

• Payments may be processed by third-party checkout and payment providers
• Internet access is required to use account, checkout, chart, and consultation features
• Purchases are generally non-refundable once consultation access or content has been used, except where required by law, expressly stated at checkout, or reviewed by us for payment or access issues
• We may change pricing or available plans for future purchases, but changes do not retroactively alter an already completed purchase unless required by law

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SuperBazi for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity
• Attempt to interfere with accounts, checkout, payment, chart, AI, or messaging infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass access controls except where applicable law requires otherwise
• Submit malicious code, automated spam, or content that infringes another person's rights
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute paid consultation access without permission

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to SuperBazi when we reasonably believe an account, payment, chart, message, or use of the service creates abuse, fraud, chargeback, security, legal, operational, or Terms-enforcement risk.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep SuperBazi reasonably available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues, security work, capacity limits, or other operational reasons. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed.

We design the service to save chart and consultation history for account use, but we cannot guarantee permanent availability of charts, conversations, generated content, account history, or exports. You should keep your own copy of anything you need to preserve.

9. Intellectual Property

SuperBazi, including its branding, website content, software, chart presentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the limited rights we need to operate the service, generate chart readings, provide support, process payments, secure the service, and comply with law.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

SuperBazi is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, a specific outcome, or fitness for every purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SuperBazi. Our total liability for any claim relating to SuperBazi will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant purchase.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may notify users through the website, email, or in-app messaging when appropriate.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Malaysia unless applicable law requires otherwise.
