Yes. You can create and save your Bazi charts without buying anything. The chart itself, including the Four Pillars and the main elemental patterns, is always free to view and revisit. A one-time purchase is only needed when you want a complete reading and the ability to ask follow-up questions.

Signing in requires access to the email address on your account. When you sign in, we email a 6-digit login code to that address, and the code expires after 10 minutes, so you need access to the mailbox to sign in. No passwords are used.

Use your birth date, birth time, and gender as accurately as possible. If you do not know your birth hour, you can mark it as unknown and still create a chart, but the hour pillar will be unavailable and the interpretation may be less complete.

Only when you know your birth hour. If you do, your chart is calculated using your birthplace to reconcile the recorded clock time to local true solar time before the pillars are drawn — two cities can share an official clock yet still differ by well over an hour in solar time, and that difference can change the hour pillar. Your time zone is filled in automatically from the city you choose. If you do not know your birth hour, no birthplace is needed.

Not yet. Birth details cannot be edited on an existing chart. If something was entered incorrectly, create a new chart with the correct date, time, and gender. Creating charts is free, so there is no cost to start over with the right details.

A complete reading includes one full initial analysis and 20 follow-up questions for a single chart. The initial analysis walks through your chart's main patterns and what they suggest about your character and timing. The follow-ups then let you explore the areas you are weighing, such as career, money, relationships, timing, or something more specific. Once you start it, the reading is tied to that chart. Extra questions add 10 responses to a chart after its initial analysis is complete and its included questions have been used. They continue the same conversation rather than starting a new reading, so your new questions build on the context already established instead of going over old ground. Once added, they stay with that chart and cannot be moved to another chart.

Yes. Your chart and its full conversation are saved to your account, so you can return to review them at any time. If you still have follow-up responses available, you can continue from the existing context. Once those responses are used, extra questions add more to the same chart without starting the reading again.

No. Once a reading or extra questions are added to a chart, they remain permanently tied to that chart, even if you never use all the responses. Because the reading's context stays with the chart, they cannot be moved elsewhere. Choose the chart carefully before starting, since the decision cannot be reversed later.

Current purchases must be started within 12 months of buying them. Starting assigns what you bought to that chart but does not extend its original expiry date. Your account shows the expiry date before you start an available reading.

SuperBazi works best alongside professional advice, not in place of it. Bazi surfaces tendencies and the path of least resistance in your chart; for medical, legal, financial, tax, mental-health, or other specialized decisions, pair the reading with a qualified professional who can speak to the specifics.

If the reading is not what you hoped for, email [email protected] from your account email within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why, and how much of the reading you have used does not change the refund.

Refresh the chart or dashboard first, as payment confirmation can sometimes take a little longer. If your purchase still does not appear, email us from the address used for your SuperBazi account and include the approximate purchase time. Do not send full payment-card details.
