For those weeks the month's 5 Yellow sits in the South, across the plan from the year's 5 Yellow in the North, so both ends of that axis read Caution. The South's limit ends with the month. The North's runs to the start of spring on February 4, 2028.
The rooms to use are the Southeast and the central room. The Southeast has the month's 9 beside the year's 8, and the central room has the year's 9 with the month's 1. For June the Southeast hosts the 9 Purple [九紫], the star of gatherings and of credit given where it's due. A dinner after a nephew's high school graduation, the diploma passed down the table, is the evening to plan for this room. Among the stars, the 9 keeps the quickest pace, and its effects show up whole, not piece by piece.
Money and the people you're related to fall under the year's 8 White [八白]. Splitting the cost of a shared summer rental with your siblings, the spreadsheet open between you, belongs here.
South Caution

Treat the 5's tie to health as a nudge to look after the basics, such as sleep and a checkup that's overdue, and not as a diagnosis.
Southwest Mixed

Authority and standing are the province of the year's 6 White [六白], and the sector's Earth gives it more strength here. If you've just been made head of your department and are drafting what you'll say at your first meeting in charge, draft it in this room.
Tai Sui and San Sha both fall here this year, so remodeling that can wait stays out until February 4, 2028; anything that needs fixing now is fixed first.
The month's 7 Red [七赤] brings the risk of sharp words, small injuries, and things going missing. Keep the talk in this room measured, put away anything with an edge, and don't leave a wallet on the table.
East Caution

After a Mixed May, Caution now runs four months straight in the East, June to September.
The year's 7 Red [七赤] has been here since February, with its risks of quarrels, cuts, and theft. The month's 8 White [八白] is a fortunate star of money and family, but the East's Wood holds it back, and a restrained 8 eases the 7 without outweighing it.
So treat the room as something to maintain. Fix the drawer that sticks, clear the floor, and let it go on serving its usual purpose, nothing added.
Center Favorable

June lines up two benefic stars in the central room, one for the year and one for the month.
The month's 1 White [一白] stands for career: the steady work of earning a living and moving it on. Laying out the stages of a project your team starts next month fits it.
The year's 9 Purple [九紫] is about occasions and recognition. Calling round the relatives to share news of an engagement, one video call after another, is a good use of the space.
Nothing here limits building this year, neither a 5 Yellow nor any of the afflictions, which makes the central room the traditional choice for a planned refresh such as repainting or new fittings.
West Caution

The West holds two difficult stars and no good one. Arguments, disputes that harden into formal complaints, and things that go missing come with the month's 3 Jade [三碧]. The year's 2 Black [二黑] adds a risk to health and to peace among relatives.
The West is a San Sha sector, so leave any optional demolition or excavation alone until February 4, 2028, and deal with a pressing repair before that.
A bedroom here does best with no work calls, no arguments carried in from other rooms, and a floor you can cross in the dark.
Northeast Mixed

Sui Po sits in this sector for the year, and renovation that goes past the surface waits until February 4, 2028, with any repair that won't wait seen to first.
The year's 3 Jade [三碧] has not left. It carries the risk of quarrels and of belongings going astray, so take heated conversations elsewhere and keep a phone or a bag where you can see it.
North Caution

No sector has spent longer in Caution this year. The North has read Caution every month since January, and it stays that way into January 2028 at least, because the year's 5 Yellow [五黄] holds the sector until Li Chun [立春] on February 4, 2028.
The month's 6 White [六白] is a favorable star of authority and standing, and it eases the 5, but the room is no place this month to settle who leads what. Keep work that opens up walls or floors out of here for the rest of the year; mend what's broken first.
If the room needs a purpose, give it the suitcases between trips or the camping gear that comes out once a summer.
Northwest Mixed

The 1 White [一白] is the year's star of career here, and the Northwest's Metal feeds it, which gives the 1 more weight in this room. Someone in the first weeks of a new job, learning the company's systems from a stack of handover notes, has a good spot here.
San Sha falls in the Northwest as well, so optional digging or wall work stays out until February 4, 2028, though a needed repair is never put off for it.
Illness and family friction are what the month's 2 Black [二黑] brings. It gives up part of its force to the sector, which lightens it. Keep the room aired, and leave family disagreements for somewhere else.
How to use this forecast
Use the good rooms, leave the cautious ones still. The classical texts treat activity as an amplifier: a good sector gives nothing until it is used, and a caution sector does no harm until it is disturbed. Where two caution stars share a sector, keeping it quiet lowers the risk without removing it. By the same logic, a busy room, at home or at work, with people, pets, and conversation, counts as use.
When a room can't move. A desk or a bed is not always easy to move. If yours sits in a Caution sector, keep it tidy and quiet, spend less time there where you can, and take the work that matters to a Favorable room.
Your own building's stars. This chart is the same for every home and workplace. Yours has its own stars, set by when it was built and which way it faces, and they decide where water, a stove, or a bed belongs.
The era. We are in Period 9 (2024–2043). Its reigning star is the 9 and its rising star the 1, which is why each sector's Period star carries a label such as reigning, rising, or retiring. The year's and month's stars on this page are read by their own natures, not by the period.
How to find each sector in your home or workplace
- Mark the middle of your whole floor plan. That area is the Center.
- Stand there with a compass, or a phone compass held away from metal and appliances, and find North.
- Each of the eight directions covers a 45° slice running out from the Center, 22.5° either side of its compass point.
- Note which rooms fall in each slice: bedrooms, desks, offices, the main door, the kitchen, a counter or till. Those are the rooms each sector section on this page is talking about.
The diagram uses the chart's orientation, South at the top. Tai Sui, Sui Po, and San Sha are narrower: Tai Sui and Sui Po each cover one 15° mountain, San Sha three, all listed under the chart at the top.
